

Louise Martin Chandler, 87, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 in the chapel of Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono at 2:00 PM with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Chris Minton will officiate. The family will meet friends from 12-2 pm, Monday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue.
Louise was born on March 23, 1926 in Walnut Grove, Alabama to Louie Martin and Sarah Croft Martin. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Atlanta Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by Eldridge Martin, William P. Martin, Joyce Pieper, Doris D’Angelo, an infant brother and an infant sister.
Survivors include her husband, Horace E. Chandler of Byron; two daughters, Elizabeth (Jerry) Baity of Macon, Glenda (Bruce) Self of Byron; two granddaughters, Teresa (Dexter) Lawson of Macon, Tamara (David) Jolly of Byron; four great grandchildren, Brittany (Andy) Fletcher of Macon, Hailey (Eric) Howell of Macon, Darya and Bethani Jolly of Byron; great great grandson, Landen Howell of Macon; two sisters, Virginia (Edsel) Williams of Rainbow City, Alabama, Mildred (Clifford) Cline of Warner Robins; a sister-in-law, Linda Martin of Gadsden, Alabama, and several nieces and nephews.
