Mae Wilson

April 11, 1929September 16, 2012

Arrie Mae Wilson, devoted wife and mother, entered into rest Sunday, September 16, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono with interment to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Hershel Sizemore will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wilson was born April 11, 1929 in Tift County to the late Ida Mae and C. W. Fowler. She attended New Elim Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-two years, Paul Wilson,nine brothers and sisters. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Dennis (Debbie) Wilson; her daughters, Darlene (Melvin) Leverette, Beverly (Mark) Rowell, Robin (Byron) Burgess; grandchildren, Brant (Jenny) Rowell, Lesley Ann (Jonathan) Andrews, Lee Leverette, Christopher Leverette, Eric (Kristin) Reeves, Zachary Smith, Amber Wamsley; thirteen great grandchildren; brothers, Horace Fowler of Tifton and Elroy Fowler of Milledgeville.
