Margaret Ross Peacock

Margaret Ross Peacock, 88, passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12 Noon, at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Jesse Richardson will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Peacock, wife of the late William Jack Peacock, was born in Musella the daughter of the late Pete H. and Mollie Cummings Ross. She was of the Baptist Faith and was the mother of the late Eloise M. Casto. She was a devoted homemaker who was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Survivors include those she loved most, her children Billy Joe Peacock, Mary Ann Thomas, Ronald R. Peacock and Jackie Johnson; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; seven great-great- grandchildren; her sister, Martha Woods and a host of nieces and nephews.
