Marion Frederick Armstrong Jr.

Marion was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Marion Frederick Armstrong and June Davis Armstrong and was preceded in death by his son, Jeff Armstrong and brother, Larry Armstrong. He was retired after 35 years from Norfolk-Southern Railroad as a Yard Master and also served in the United States Army. Marion was a life member of the Grand Lodge of Georgia F&AM Mickey Fuller Lodge #720 and a member of the Scottish Rite Free Masonry.

Survivors include his wife of fifty seven years, Jeanie Fincher Armstrong; children, Gregory “Greg” Armstrong (Rita) of Macon and Pam Armstrong Wasden (Mike) of Lizella; grandchildren, Josh and Justin Armstrong, and Hunter and Taylor Wasden; brother, James Armstrong (Barbara); and sister, Betty Bass.
