Martha Drinnon Walden, 84, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2013. Funeral services will be held Saturday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 1:00pm with Father Allan McDonald officiating. A Rosary will be said at 5:00 PM Friday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 830 Poplar Street, Macon, GA 31201.
Mrs. Walden was born in Macon, Georgia to the late William C. Drinnon and Mamie Alice Meeks Drinnon. She was retired from Georgia Farm Bureau and was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Walden of Macon; sons, John Walden (Stacy) and Paul Walden, both of Macon; granddaughter, Courtney Walden of Arizona; grandson, David Walden of Macon; sister, Celia Amerson of Macon; and brother, Everett G. Drinnon of Macon.
