Mary L. Cauley

MACON – Mary Lucille Cauley, 98, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at a local nursing care facility. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street with burial in Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. The Rev. Bob Hamilton will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Cauley, wife of the late Youless B. Cauley, was born in Laurens County the daughter of the late Zachery Flowers and Dora Mae Nelms Flowers. She has lived in Macon most of her life and had worked at K-Mart. Mrs. Cauley had been a member of Northridge Baptist Church since 1957. She was preceded in death by her son, Billy Junior Cauley.

Survivors include her sons, Everett (Charlotte) Cauley and Ray (Carolyn) Cauley, all of Macon; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
