Nada Peacock Carr

Nada Peacock Carr, 69, passed away Friday, November 11, 2016. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in Evergreen Cemetery. Rev. Wesley Bridgers will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5 until 7 PM Monday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue.

Mrs. Carr was born in Macon the daughter of the late Leona Bridgers Carr and Lewis Eugene Carr. She was the widow of Charles Peacock and was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Aleyia Carr, two brothers, and one sister. Mrs. Carr was retired from the Nu-Way on Houston Avenue where she served as manager for 35+ years.

Mrs. Carr is survived by her children, David (Torie) Carr of Crawford County, Vanda Carr of Macon; grandchildren, Matthew VanPatton, Caleb Carr, Kaden Shouse, and Jessika Smith; sister, Sharon Parsons.
