

Nikki Brannon Plymel, 47, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016 at a local hospital. A celebration of her life will be held at 4 p.m., Thursday at Lawrence Drive Baptist Church with Dr. Brad Marchman and the Rev. Phil Bryant officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m., Friday in Suncrest Memorial Gardens, Moultrie, GA. The family will meet friends from 5 – 7 p.m., Wednesday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue. They suggest that those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, Suite C-236, 5105 Paulsen Street, Savannah, GA 31405 or to Crohn’s Foundation, Georgia Chapter, 2250 North Druid Hills Road, #250, Atlanta, GA 30329.
Mrs. Plymel, was a lifelong resident of Macon and a graduate of Southwest High School Class of ’86. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Mercer University graduating in 1991. Mrs. Plymel had worked as a software engineer at Robins Air Force Base. She was a member of Lawrence Drive Baptist Church and loved all kinds of crafts.
Left to cherish her memory and her love are her husband, Kevin Plymel of Macon; her beloved daughter, Renee Plymel of Macon; her parents, Duane and Nancy Brannon of Macon; her sister, Kelly Brannon of Macon; her mother-in-law, Beverly Plymel of Moultrie; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sharon and John Robertson of Moultrie; her nephew, T. J. Robertson and her niece, Savana Robertson.
