Sharon, I was so sorry to hear about Phillip. He was always so upbeat and friendly. I remember him and you from DFCS and now work at Bibb Co. Courthouse and would see him from time to time.. He was always talking as any grandfather would --- so proud and happy to be a grandparent. May he rest in peace. Prayers to you and your family. Love, Sandra

I just found out about Phillip's passing today. We went to school together in Roberta and even though I haven't seen him in many years, I have fond memories of him and his great personality and sense of humor. My prayers are with your family during this difficult time. May God bless you with His peace, comfort and strength.

Philip is like a brother to me, helped raise my son, and we called Cory our "other son" as well. Sharon and Cory, my heart goes out to you both, as well as Terry and Kim, love all of you....

Sharon and Corey, I am saddened to hear of your loss. I worked with Phillip in the Macon Police Detective Bureau for many years. He was an excellent detective, who was dedicated to his work because he cared about helping people. He always treated people with respect, even the bad guys. He was a fun loving man and loved to make you laugh. I am proud to have worked with Phillip. I will miss you my friend and will never forget you. Sharon, Corey & Family my prayers go out to, may God comfort you all and meet your every need during the times ahead.

Phillip was one of the truest and most loyal souls I have ever met. He repeatedly went out of his way to help and seldom asked anything in return. A giver, a do-er, selfless. At least weekly he would come by and/or call just to check in and see if he could bring us anything while he was out. A really good guy. We'd say no, and he'd bring something anyway lol -- a coffee cup, a doll for the children, a babysitter number in case I ever needed one. Really, REALLY, good guy. He's missed already.
