Reba Davis Landino

Reba D. Landino, 89, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2012. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tim Long officiating. The family may be contacted at the residence and suggest that those who wish make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Mrs. Landino, daughter of the late Lonnie L. and Glodie Moulton Davis, was born in Rutland Community, Macon and was a graduate of Lanier Junior High and Miller High School. She worked at Southern Bell a number of years and was an items manager retiring from Robins Air Force Base after twenty-five years. Mrs. Landino was a member of New Elim Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Leon Davis. Her first love was her family whom she adored.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-seven years, John Landino of Macon; her daughter, Teresa L. (Ronny) Peacock of Lizella; her son, John Davis (Julie) Landino of Lizella; two grandsons, Brad (Sherrie) Stephens of Peachtree City and Mark (Jane) Stephens of Cumming; two great grandchildren, Hannah Stephens and Joshua Stephens; her sisters, Katheryne Silva and Marion (Jack) Harrell, both of Macon; three brothers, Alton (Shirley) Davis and Bert (Nita) Davis, both of Macon and Kay Davis of North Carolina and many nieces and nephews.
