Rest In Peace, neighbor. You were a great man. Even if we didn’t always see the world the same way, we could always disagree and you would treat me well and look out for your neighbor. That takes a special person…and you were that.

Condolences to and heartfelt sympathy for Summer and the rest of your family.

Dear Family,
I am so, so sorry for your lose and the pain you are going through. He was just to young and it was just to soon. When things like this happen, we find ourselves asking WHY? I have ask that question many times over the past few months and have learned we may never know. I truly know how you feel. Love and prayers go out to all. Our home, hearts and door is always open to all of you at anytime. We're here for you.
One of my favorite things Bert (and Summer) use to do, was to sneak into church services and surprise JoAnn when she didn't think they were coming. You could her that gasp of surprise all over church. I don't know who got more pleasure from it...Bert and Summer or JoAnn. Either way, treasure those precious memories of him and he will always be as close as your heart.
With Much Symphony & Love,
Debbie S. Malone

First of all, my thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during these sad times. Although we are sad, Bert certainly brought a lot of fun and many memories to our neighborhood while growing up. What I appreciate most about Bert was his GREAT smile coupled with a bit of a mischievous nature! Enjoy Heaven, my friend!
