Ruby D. Clark

Ruby Defore Clark -MACON - Ruby Defore Clark, 89, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Graveside services will be held at 1:00P.M., Friday, March 2, 2012 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Prettyman officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to: Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.

Mrs. Clark was the devoted wife of 50 years to Curtis W. Clark and traveled extensively as an Army wife. She was born in Dooly County, Georgia to Etta Richardson Defore and Tulley Green Defore. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Central Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis W. Clark; five brothers and two sisters; also by her son-in-law, Mike Ketterbaugh. The family would like to thank all the faculty and staff of Pine Pointe Hospice for their compassion and kindness.

Mrs. Clark is survived by her two daughters, Sonja Ketterbaugh of Lizella and Arlene Jacoby of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; three grandsons, Michael Ketterbaugh, Steve (Maia) Ketterbaugh of Franklin, TN and John (Shawna) Jacoby Destin, FL; three great-grandchildren, Alex and Abby Ketterbaugh and Kyan Jacoby; several nieces and nephews. -Visit www.snowsmacon.com to express condolences.
