I was at your grave today and placed a Christmas wreath. I thanked God that he had given us such a great friend but it still hurts not to have you here. Mike came by about 2hours later and we talked. He seems to be doing good although I know it is hard on him and your kids. We miss you and love you and you will always live in our hearts. I don't know if you will know it but Merry Christmas my friend!

It was only today that I learned of Sandi's passing. I can't remember when I first met Sandi, but I went to school with her from sometime in grade school through our freshman year at Valdosta State College. I can say without hesitation that Sandi was one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever known. She had the face of an angel and the heart of a saint. Although I know she is missed here, Heaven is richer for her prescence there! My heart goes out to Mike and the kids.

Sandi...I first met you in 1986. You were my Georgia "Eyelash" Friend. Your big smile, your sweet voice
and your loving heart made me hunger for your friendship and cherish your love! You and Mike were the
first to ever babysit my first born child..Samantha..other than the "grandmothers". That was hard for me
to let go but I knew in my heart you would cherish Samantha as you watched her and someday be
a great mother yourself. I remember the times we would come over to your house in Lynn Haven...
just to stop by and you would vacuum the carpet...we would know and get onto you because the
lines left in the carpet..ha ha. You showed us how to cook asparagus and the joy of holindaise sauce!
You and Mike introduced us to Georgia Bar-B-Q! Remember how we would video tape the kids on
VHS's and send them back and forth to each other when yall moved to Macon? I remember when
we were pregnant together with Caroline and Lauren. Yall stayed at Regency Towers and we put
the girls next to each other in their little rocking seats...they were angelic! Still are.
The visits up to Griffin and Macon and all the parks we would venture together with both families...
You and Mike were only up to two kids at that time....Allie and Mark were surprises yet to
be discovered and enjoyed!

Sandi...I have known you for 24 years. You were an inspiration to my growth of faith in the Lord!
I know Jesus lived in your heart because your body, soul and smile shined from His Spirit! and it
was contagious! He lived in You. I never told you this..but I was always watching...learning...
listening. are survived by a great husband Mike...four beautiful, wonderful children...and a
loving family. God took you early for a reason...He has grand plans for you in heaven!

I praise and give God the Glory for the friendship he gave to me for knowing you. I was the
recipient of a special gift...YOU. Glory to His name in Heaven, Sandi. I will see you again
in the place of eternal peace and joy. I know you are there...your spirit lives within me and I
will always honor our friendship.

Mike, accept my condolences for your loss. Reading a few of testimonies that some have written, Sandi sure loved her Lord, family and patients very much.

Our deepest sympathy for the Estes family:
Sandi was one of the first white coats that my children were glad to see come into the exam room. She had the sweetest most humble spirit. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sandi was my closest friend in highschool and I am so blessed to have all the wonderful memories that we shared. I could not begin to count the nights that we talked, laughed and sometimes even cried ourselves to sleep. Sandi was a perfect imitator of Christ and she will forever hold a special place in my heart. I will always smile when I think of sweet beautiful Sandi.
