

MACON – Simone Maxwell Lowrimore Dudley, 70, entered her Heavenly Home on Thursday, March 1, 2012. Funeral services and a celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m., Monday at Wheeler Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Franklin Etheridge officiating. Burial will be private. The family will meet friends from 4 – 6 p.m., Sunday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. They suggest that those who wish make memorial contributions to Wheeler Heights Baptist Church, 4318 Riggins Mill Road, Macon 31217.
Mrs. Dudley, wife of the late Tommy Lee Dudley, was a lifelong resident of Macon and was the daughter of the late John Charlie Maxwell, Jr. and Ruth Estelle Townsend Maxwell. She was a devoted homemaker and for twenty-six years was a school bus driver with the Bibb County Board of Education. Mrs. Dudley was a member of Wheeler Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include her loving family, three daughters, Suerhonda (Steve) Adkins of Macon, Gwen (Tim) Brinson of Fort Valley and Suzanne (Brian) Quiniones of Enterprise, AL; her son, Timothy (Wendi) Lowrimore of Macon; two brothers, Billy (Virginia) Maxwell of Charleston, SC and Jerry (Shirley) Maxwell of Macon; her sister, Shirley (Ronnie) Hollis of Macon; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
