Sondra Luzier Sexton

Sondra Luzier Sexton, 70, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2013 at a local hospital. Funeral service will be private at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with the Rev. Sam Waldron officiating. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Macon 31201 or to the American Diabetes Association, Suite C-236, Savannah 31405.

Mrs. Sexton, daughter of the late William Claude and Louise Frank Luzier, was born in Paulsboro, NJ. She earned a Degree in Business and worked for several years as bookkeeper and secretary at Georgia Pacific. Mrs. Sexton was a member of EMA and the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband Richard Sexton of Lizella; her children, Kay (Bob) King of Lizella, Vanessa Bowman of Front Royal, VA and Stacey (Robby) Moffet of Marshall, VA; her brother, Nelson Luzier of Gibbstown, NJ; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
