

Terry Jump, 58, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 1, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday at Antioch Baptist Church, 7507 Old Gordon Road, Dry Branch, GA 31020 with burial in the church cemetery. Pastor Craig Holmes and the Rev. Justin Teate will officiate. The family will meet friends from 1 p.m. to service time on Wednesday at the church. They ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Gilead Baptist Church Mission Fund, 4800 Ivey Drive, Macon, GA 31206.
Born in Macon, Mr. Jump was a graduate of Georgia College earning his Master’s Degree in Business. He was a member of Gilead Baptist Church, Macon where he was active in the Bus Ministry. Beginning his career in martial arts on December 4, 1986 and earning the 6th Degree Black Belt in November 2007, Mr. Jump was an instructor with Ahn’s Fitness, Macon and was also with Byron Tae Kwan Do Academy. He was Safety Coordinator with Pactiv Corp. Mr. Jump was preceded in death by his mother Doris Kitchens Wallace and stepfather Emmett A. Wallace.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Ernest and Joyce Jump of Fort Valley; his sister, Alicia Jump (Jerry) Peters of Byron; his brothers, Dean (Colleen) Jump of Byron, Dale (Tarsha) Jump of Fort Valley, Lionel (Kim) Wallace of Huntsville, AL; his nieces and nephews, Lindsey, Ashley, Matthew, Emily, Seth and Ryker; many other family members through the Tae Kwan Do Federation along with his special friend, Gloria Schaffer of Lizella.
