A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Christ Church. Burial will be private at a later date in Rose Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Harriette Simmons and The Rev. Cynthia C. Knapp will officiate. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Christ Church, 582 Walnut Street, Macon 31201 or The Macon Arts Alliance, 486 First Street, Macon 31201. The family will greet friends following the memorial service at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Randy Sanders.
Thomas was born in Macon and was the son of Anne Bryant Sanders and Randall H. Sanders and was preceded in death by his brother, Everett Bryant Sanders. He was a 1997 graduate of Stratford Academy and the University of Georgia, receiving degrees in Graphic Design and Art Education. Thomas was a freelance artist, a member of Christ Church, and was volunteer for Rebuild Macon.
Thomas is survived by his parents, Randall “Randy” and Anne Sanders of Macon; siblings, Anna Sanders Greer (George) and Alex Sanders (Ware) of Macon; nieces and nephews, Herry Sanders, Mamie Sanders, Katie Greer and Hank Greer.
