Warren Tyler Wilson

MACON – Warren Tyler Wilson, 81, died Monday, January 03, 2011 at his residence. A Rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street with visitation to follow. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Allan McDonald and Father Justin Ferguson officiating. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon 31210.

Mr. Wilson, son of the late Albertus F. and Bessie Lou Doles Wilson, was born in Macon and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where he was active in the life of the church. Mr. Wilson was retired from Columbia Pictures, Los Angeles, CA.

Survivors include his brothers, Walter H. Wilson and Harold E. (Mary) Wilson, all of Macon and Fred A. (Barbara) Wilson of Lithonia; several nieces and nephews.
