My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. My family knows the heartache of having to say goodbye to such a good family man that everyone loved so much. Two years ago on January 13, 2016 we had to say goodbye to my Daddy, Charles Levy Halligan, Jr.. It's been hard, but our faith in God and our love for one another, that Daddy taught us to have, has helped us through. I pray that many wonderful memories will fill your minds and bring you all comfort in the days ahead.
