Wilmer Everett Bragg Jr.

Wilmer Everett Bragg, Jr., 87, passed away Friday, October 2, 2015. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Monday at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Dr. Brad Marchman will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5 until 7 PM Sunday at the funeral home and asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the donor’s favorite charity.

Mr. Bragg was born in Macon, Georgia the son of the late Lucille Hatfield Bragg and Wilmer E. Bragg, Sr. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia and a United States Navy and Marine veteran. Mr. Bragg was a charter member of Lawrence Drive Baptist Church.

Mr. Bragg is survived by his daughter, Beverly (Mike) Young of Destin, FL; son, Brian (Heather) Bragg of Piedmont, AL; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Raymond (Vera) Bragg and Emily Graham.
