

Alfred F. Dugan, age 94 of Madison passed away surrounded by his family on Friday January 6, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Broucher) Dugan. Mr. Dugan was born in Riverhead N.Y. on May 19, 1917 to the late Clarence and Mary (Kratorville) Dugan.
Mr. Dugan graduated from Cornell University in 1939, and Yale Law School. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII as a Major where he was a Tank Commander, serving under General George Patton. He received the Bronze Star in the Battle of the Bulge. Mr. Dugan was Senior Vice President of W.R Grace Co. in New York City, retiring 35 years ago.
He is survived by his son John Dugan and his wife Susan of Madison, and his daughter Kathryn Ughetta and her husband Charles of N.C. He is also survived by seven Grandchildren, and four Great Grandchildren. He is predeceased by his son Alfred Dugan Jr.
