Carole J Treat

Carole Lou Johnson Treat died Monday May 28, 2013. She was born in New Haven, CT on October 18, 1936 to the late Carl V. and Dorothy W. Johnson. She was predeceased by her late husband Harvey P. Treat Jr. She is survived by her son Harvey P. Treat III and his wife Katharine of Madison, CT. Carole is also survived by her sisters Dorothea McLoud and her husband Don of Wallingford, CT, Carlene Pogonelski and her husband Steve of Old Saybrook, CT, and her brother David and his wife Judy of Old Saybrook, CT. She was the loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Carole grew up in Hamden, CT and spent many years living at Bradley Point in West Haven, CT before moving to Madison. She was a dedicated secretary at Banti & Defelice CPA’s until her retirement in 2008. She enjoyed sunny days at the beach, trips to the casino, and spending time with family. The entire family would like to extend its sincere gratitude to the staff at Aaron Manor in Chester, CT, and Patty Tully for their care of Carole in the last year of her life.
