Charles J. Cole Jr. of Branford, CT died October 11, 2026. Charles was born to Charles and Margery Cole in Hartford, CT on June 21, 1953. Charles spent most of his adult life living under the care of SARAH SENECA Residential Services in Madison and Branford, CT. Charles had a giving nature and an easy smile. He was an avid sports fan following the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Boston Celtics. He was an active participant in the Special Olympics, winning medals in snow shoeing and tennis.
Charles is survived by his siblings Rufus Cole of Cos Cob, CT, Sara Scurrah of Dover, MA, Elizabeth Horton of Portland, OR and Samuel Cole of Denver, CO. Donations in Charlie's memory can be made to Sarah Seneca Residential Services of Branford, CT.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 14 at 2:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall Chapel at the First Congregational Church of Madison 26 Meeting House Lane Madison, CT 06443
