Kathryn Eleanor Egbert, age 85 of Chester, passed away on February 21, 2012. Kathryn was born on January 25, 1927 in Hollywood, CA, to the late Kathryn (Mader) Tressel and John Henry Tressel. Kathryn is survived by her loving husband Bud; her children and their spouses, Susan and Brian Sawchuk, John and Maxine Egbert, Jim and Julie Egbert, Mike and Robin Egbert and Patricia and Michael Day. She will also be missed by her 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 25th at 10:00 am at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Madison, CT.
