Matthew J Leclerc

Matthew John Leclerc age 21 passed away un-expectantly on July 22, 2017. Matthew was born on July 26, 1995 in Bronx New York to Neal and Laurel Leclerc. He previously resided in New Rochelle New York before moving to Madison, CT. at the age of 8. He graduated from Madison high school and attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. He was a parishioner at St. Margaret’s church in Madison. Matthew had a gentle, loving nature with a great sense of humor. He will be most remembered for his warm smile, laugh and twinkling eyes. He could always be counted on to offer a kind word and helping hand. Matthew loved playing baseball and was an enthusiastic New York Yankee, Notre Dame College football and New York Jet fan. He enjoyed going to the gym and working out, as well as eating a sandwich on Italian seeded bread. Matthew is survived by his parents Laurel and Neal and his sister Katherine and brother Christopher. He is also survived by his Grandmother Terry Carlin and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Arrangements under the direction of Swan Funeral Home, Madison, CT.
