I first met Ralph at Garrity Industries. He was the go to person for their plant in Plainfield, CT.
I was won over by his attitude and his patience dealing with people. We became great friends and remain so to this day. His sense of humor, his smile, and love of family and friends were always first with Ralph. He will be always be missed.

Ralph and I worked together for many years at CBS/Sony.
We became very good friends. He always had a joke or funny story from our days at CBS in Milford and then again at Sony Pitman. Ralph was a real gentleman and was a mentor to some of our younger and newer co-works.
We kept in touch after we both retired and we spoke frequently. He was a great guy and I will miss our talks. My condolences to his family.

Ralph was one of the funniest and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I spent most of my high school afternoons at the Mirando household either playing pool or swimming in the pool. Ralph had an open door policy for our whole group of friends.
He was very generous and always had great jokes up his sleeve. These are traits that were passed down to all the Mirando boys. I can't express how profound an influence he had on my life outlook. He will be sorely missed and remembered fondly. My deepest condolences to the entire Mirando family.
Thank you for everything.
Sincerely,
Piet Masone
