Thomas E. King Jr., 89, of Madison, passed away on March 7, 2013 at Middlesex Hospital Hospice. Born on August 13, 1923, he was the son of the late Thomas E. King Sr., and Grace (Hickey) King. Thomas is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years Resa (Warshaw) King, and by his sister Dorothy LaPierre of West Hartford. He was predeceased by his son Timothy King and by his sister Marion.
Thomas was a US Navy Veteran having served in WWII, and owned and operated Thomas King Company in West Hartford for many years.
Family and friends may visit the Swan Funeral Home 825 Boston Post Rd., Madison on Monday March 18, 2013 from 8:30am -11:30am, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Margaret’s Church at 12noon.
