Dear Valerie, Kristen and Karen
So sorry we can’t be with you for the services, but please accept our condolences.  Uncle Angelo was one in a million, always smiling, happy and caring.  We always looked forward to his yearly visits when we would spend time with him at our family get togethers.
We will certainly miss him but I know he is with the love of his life Aunt Mary Ann in heaven.  God bless his soul,  all our love, cousins Jackie, Madelyn, John and Kimberlee.

Uncle Angelo, we will miss your smile and your energy! A man 70 years young at the time looking to get a workout!!

Uncle Angelo, you will be dearly missed by all who knew you. Kristin, Karen and Val, our deepest sympathies are with you in this time of grief. But now that he is resting after a long journey in God's arms, we should really be celebrating. Whenever we saw Uncle Angelo, he would always greet us with a big smile. He was really one of the nicest people I have ever known. I may not remember all of the different things he did for a living, but several stick out. There were the  Sanders bumpy cakes, the Superior potato chips, along with a few others. We had a local place here in Allen Park he would deliver rolls to from Brown's  Bun Baking company, and the owner would always say what  nice guy my uncle Angelo was. I remember he was a strong man, even though he was not large in stature. Often times we would try to help him with my aunt, but he would always refuse, and somehow made it look easy. Even the last time we visited Uncle Angelo, he somehow managed to smile and even joked about something. I was proud to also be able to call him and my aunt my godparents. My mother once told me she thought of Angelo as her second brother and that he would do anything for you. God surely now has one our national treasures resting with Him.

Many happy memorable times with my dear friend. Never a dull moment together. "WOW really?"

I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of dear Angelo. He was such a sweet and helpful man at St Louise Church.  He will truly be missed. Thank you, Angelo, for your service to our great Country!

Val, Karen and Kristin,
So saddened to hear of your dad/grandpa’s  passing.   I have always enjoyed Uncle Angelo as a little girl to an adult.  He was always so happy to be around.  Remember the ice rink he made in the backyard to the ball field on the other side of the fence when you lived in Royal Oak.  I will always remember the cakes he used to get out of his truck when we visited.  Or when your family came over to our house he brought cake.  In fact, cake is my favorite desert and I attribute that to him!  Loved going out in his delivery truck one summer with him and Valerie.  Saw parts of the city I had never seen before and never knew existed.  Uncle Angelo was one of a kind and I had a special place in my heart for him.  Been thinking very fondly of him these past few days and may he rest in peace with Aunt Maryann.
