Lindsay, Chuck and Ashley and the older girls...your dad loved you so much! A hard worker and loving father. I know your dad loved and missed Michael. Our dearest friend Chuck, You will be missed more than words can say. You have been such a big part of our lives for so many years. So many days that we laughed, cried, hugged, have wine and of course ate. You were my favorite critic. We love you with all our hearts and will miss you always.

Uncle Chuck you are the best godfather anyone could ever wish for. Thru everything in my life you were there.  Always with encouraging words of wisdom and love. Hoping you know how greatful I am to have been blessed to have you as my godfather. I will miss you everyday Uncle Chuck.

  My heart is so heavy for my family, who had to say goodbye to my beloved Uncle Chuck, too soon.  Yet, my heart is lifted in spirit knowing he was carried to heaven by the wings of his angels...his mother, his father, his son. 

  I grieve on this side of the clouds, for I will forever miss his dimpled smile, his cologne scented hugs, and his high pitched giggle that I often shared with him! His fun loving nature was my favorite as a little girl. Next to my own dad, he was the BEST!  He was my "Uncle Chuck E. Cheese."  

   Memories of riding in his yellow Dune Buggy 30 years later are still vivid. To this day, the smell of gasoline brings me back to sitting on his little green dirt bike, with him running along side of me, teaching me how to shift gears in my cowboy boots.  He was the center of some of my fondest family memories.  He was also the center of our family, that so many of us could count on, in so many ways. 

   Words are insignificant in describing the love his children have for him.  There was a display of love, hope, courage, and strength the past 4 months my cousins showed being at his side, that inspired everyone in their presence. It was overwhelming.  If love alone could have kept him here, he would have lived forever.  I can only pray my children take care, and love me the same way my cousins have loved their dad.  Each of them, in their own way, hold a piece of my heart in their hands. 

 I'm so deeply saddened for their loss, the loss of my dear Uncle Chuck. I pray for comfort and peace,  knowing he is home with our Lord, in all his magnificent glory. 

 And... I know one day, I will see his dimpled smile again...on the other side of these clouds.
