Charlie proudly served in the Army from 1969-1971 during the Vietnam War. The last 2 years of his life he enjoyed residing at the Michigan Veterans Homes at Chesterfield Township with his fellow Army men and many more Veterans there.
Charlie is survived by his 3 Sisters, Patricia (John) Clark, Linda (Bob) Shefferly, & Betty (Randy Kubat) Thompson along with many Nieces and Nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Donations in Charlie's honor can be made to the Michigan Veterans Homes at Chesterfield Township.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
