Frances was a devoted wife to the late Arthur Smith until his passing in 2008; loving mother to Michael (Marlo) Smith and Sherry (Steve) Whitehead; cherished grandmother to Brandon (Erica) Whitehead and Nathan (Jessica) Whitehead; dearest sister to Shirley Hoover and aunt to Cheryl Howard, Brenda Klein, Gail Hoffman and Carol Spears.
Frances was a loving mother and a mom to many. She was generous with both her time and resources, always willing to lend a helping hand to those around her. Frances found joy in doing for others and was always looking for ways to make a difference in the lives of peole she loved. Her caring heart, generosity, and genuine love for others will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
