Beloved husband of the late Marylou.
Dear father of Debbie Aitken, Jody Langford, Ronda (Roy) Gillette, Brenda (Ben) Luckett, Ann (Raymond) Falzon, and Keith Morgan.
Loving Grandfather of eight, Great grandfather of six.
Harold moved to Michigan at a young age. He was an enthusiast of cars, motorcycles, music and travel. He traveled extensively in the U.S. by motorcycle and also abroad while in the military. Harold had an expansive collection of music on vinyl consisting of early rock-n-roll and country. He was a lifelong singer, becoming the lead vocalist for a band he formed with some of his closest friends, performing in venues around Detroit and the surrounding areas. He often performed the hit song “Hello Mary Lou” in honor of his wife. In his later years he became an active member in his church where he enjoyed singing gospel music and fellowship. Harold was a loving and loyal man to his family and friends, and was often sought out by those who knew him for his gentle Christian counsel and guidance. He will be missed immensely, but all who knew him can take comfort in the knowledge that he is with his Lord and savior and his beloved Marylou.
