Loving husband to Carol. Dear dad to Henry, Christine (Herman), Jesse and Shellie (Rob). Cherished grandpa to Mitchell (Skye), Angelo, Alexandria, Brooke, Sophia, Jesse Castillo, Journey, Gabrielle, and Vincent. Big brother to George (Delia), Mary (Henry), Elsa (Queen) and Nancy (the late Gilbert). Brother in law to Gary (Chanda), Greg, Glenn, the late Cathy and the late Gordy. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Beatrice and Henry, father-in-law Wally and mother-in-law Ruby.

Henry loved traveling with his wife, Carol, spending time with his family, especially spending time with and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was a proud Army Veteran. Henry will be remembered by many for his generous ways and his loud, but great sense of humor.

Visitation will take place on Monday August 28, 2017 from 2-8pm at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home 30351 Dequindre, Madison Heights, MI.

Funeral Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 11am at the funeral home.

Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 2:30pm.
