I used to love to stay at Aunt Kate and Uncle Carl’s house! I got to play cow boys and Indians in the living room with the toys she kept. I would wake up to the smells of sausages and blueberry pancakes. Their house always had an abundance of card games and laughs. I’ll never forget you Aunt Kate. Rest well

Dearest Aunt Kate, I have so many fond memories of you. Most involve food and family. I especially loved our visits to you & Uncle Carl’s home around Christmas. Welcoming the extended family, you always had plenty of great food as well as hugs and kisses. What will “Aunt Kate’s potatoes” be without you? Your home in Prescott offered family time too. My children could always count on ice cream trips & flag ceremonies. Your bird feeders were always busy places as the birds knew of your hospitality also. I will miss you but I look forward to seeing you again in heaven. Love you, Lisa

Dearest Sister Kate,
I have so many memories of you through the years. I am so happy we both shared the love of quilting away our time and making so many quilts for our families. Right now I have one on the quilt table and two more waiting to be stitched. I also have a small pillow you gave me as well as a pencil cup and a pincushion, which I will treasure for a long time.
I am so happy I and Mary visited you the beginning of March and spent some time together. You even sang Billy Boy song with me, and we laughed about remembering the words.
I will miss your smiles and love, but know that you are at rest in God's loving arms. Eternal rest grant unto you sister. Love You More, Shirley Sue Misiak
