Kathryn will always be remembered for her deep caring heart and soul for our vulnerable seniors. She gave so much of herself to helping many families find their way to the care they needed and inspired and mentored many others to adopt her loving servant’s heart of leadership. Heaven has gained a true angel.

I met Kathryn in 2013 at Brookdale. We were doing a training exercise and she was my coach. Her kindness immediately stood out to me as I was going through a hard time having just lost my father.
She later joined my sales team and I was so thrilled to get to know her even more. We spent great travel time talking about work stuff but we connected on faith and family. She was so proud of her family.
My heart and prayers are with you all. I hope that knowing she is no longer in pain and that we will see her again brings you comfort.
Rest in Peace Kathryn.
Until we meet again,

I never had the opportunity to meet Kathryn though I feel as if I've known her for a long long time as she was the wife of my very dear friend Raymond (Butch). I grew up with the Discher family and have in a way stayed in contact with Butch over the years and he always shared with me his indelible love for his wife Kathryn and their children. The news of her passing saddens me much although I'm comforted knowing that she suffers no more and that her eternal spirit will shadow all of those who knew and loved her. Butch, I want you to know that my kindest thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this trying time. Much love brother, Michael and Pamela Heard

Butch, Courtney, and Ryan:
Although we have never met, I feel like I know you. Long car rides for work gave Kathryn and I time to talk about so many things. I admired her for many things; her talent, her energy, her humor...but mostly her love of her family. She was my co-worker, my partner, and my friend. We had so many great laughs together.
Kathryn was admired and loved by so many of our co-workers at Horizon Bay, Brookdale, and Enlivant. I will miss her dearly, but I understand that is a drop in the bucket to what you are experiencing.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Deb Prange

Kathryn hired me in 2016 at Enlivant. She was one of the geniune bosses I've had to date. I am so sad to hear of her passing. My heart and prayers are with those closest to her. May God grant you peace during this time.
