Lee McGuire was born on Christmas Day 1954, to William McGuire and Marguerite McGuire. Lee was the second born in the family after his brother Mick and was followed by his two sisters Pat Ferrel and Kris Bender. At a young age, Lee joined the family electrical business and, by the age of eighteen, bought his first house in Roseville, Michigan. Shortly after he had his daughter, Heather Condon-McGuire, and became a master electrician. Lee met his life partner, Marjorie McGuire, in 1981, and they married in 1983. Shortly after, they had two kids, Alex McGuire and Michael McGuire. Lee was an avid board game player and loved taking trips with his loving wife. He enjoyed selling on eBay and spending time with his family. On Thursday, Sept. 28th, Lee sadly passed away at 8:29 pm in his home surrounded by his family. He will be sadly missed.
Lee leaves behind two grandkids, Caleb Condon and Penelope Condon, as well as a slew of nephews and nieces, including Stephanie McMahon, Evan McMahon, Brandi Schmidt, Forest Ferrel, Brennen Schmidt, Scarlet Schmidt, Fallyn Schmidt, Noelle Ferrel, Violet Ferrel, Josalyn Ferrel, Ivy Ferrel, Eric Tant, Justin Tant, LiliAnn Tant, and Sylar Tant.
A memorial service for Lee will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home, 30351 Dequindre Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071.
