My favorite memory of Max was when he acted out Maxwell Silver Hammer on stage at the 1973 EDHS Talent show. He always was creative.

I believe Max (and a few others) was one of the first people to put together an email system...around 1972, in high school. He had to go rogue to pull this off but his intent was to create a channel for connection with others. I know little of what happened to him after East Detroit High School but presumed his talents were sought after and he indulged his interests. A big bite/byte type of guy. RIP.

I  remember Max, when he was a young man. Brain said: He was a character for sure. Fun to be around. Thats real, I say that too. All the time I will remember my cousin Max, with a warm feeling in my heart.

We first met Max on Phantasy Star Universe in 2006 and became friends. We played countless hours of Halo, Dead Island, Minecraft and 7 Days to Die. Gaming without you wont be the same.

Your puns will be missed.

Your love of horrible movies we jabber watched with you will be missed as well.

I first met Max at Beaumont Cardiac rehab in Troy. He was a character for sure. Fun to be around. Made great Potato Leek soup which he made an brought to us on several occasions. He loved music and technology. You will be missed.
