Nelda J. Queener age 74, a resident of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital, Madison Heights, Michigan. Nelda was born November 10, 1939 in Hale Center, Texas, beloved wife of the late James. Dear mother of James (Sheilia) Queener, Steve (Leslee) Queener, Melissa (Sam) Batras and Michele (Patric) Hogan. Nelda is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and sister of Avis (Donna) Robertson. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until time of funeral service 7:00 p.m. at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home 30351 Dequindre Road, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071. Nelda was a long time member of the Red Hat Club.
