Aunt Sandy,
It is hard to pick just one memory of you when I cherish all of them. I miss you and hope that you are now at peace. You always had this gift to make everyone feel loved and special. Especially me. We loved like sisters we fought like sisters, we even got into trouble like sisters. You were and always be the sister I never had.
I remember you as the coolest Aunt around you taught me how to swim, how to do a back dive, how to hold tight to you when you did a catwalk on your motorcycle, and so so much more. I will never forget our trips to gratiot in your Camaro while my mom was working, and sneaking me into the drive in.
You taught me how to stick up for myself and face my fears.
You will always be in my heart and I will cherish our times. I know i will see you again. I love you so much.

First let me say to her family I’m very sorry for your loss. For me I remember her as Sandy we were the two Sandy’s I met Sandy in 7th grade Kelly Jr high I was the new girl just moved to the neighborhood from Detroit. We hit it off right away. We used to love just laying out in the sun in her backyard we made a homemade concoction with lemon juice and vinegar and oil and used it as a suntan oil and we used to laugh saying we smelled like a salad πŸ˜‚ I loved her mom’s homemade banana pudding, and her dog puddles. We used to sneak out at night after her mom went to bed push the car down the driveway and go meet our boyfriends. We got into a lot of mischief together. We had lost touch over many years both married and had children. And through Facebook found each other just has I was moving from Michigan to Florida. We chatted many time through text and caught up on our lives. I was so happy to have found her after all these years. I don’t know what took you my friend or that you were even sick. Just know I remember you always with fun and happy memories. RIP πŸ’•

I love you mom! as I sit here and type there is so much I want to say and share but I would never have enough time and space. We had some wonderful times together. Everything we have went through may not have been all so great but you were always my mom. I love you with all my heart. Im going to miss getting off work and seeing a missed call from you. Im going to miss listening to that voicemail. It's gonna be hard for me not being able to pick up the phone and tell you what I did today. We had so much fun when we were together. You lived life to the fullest! I could sit here and write a book on all your stories. Thank you mom. Thank you for all you have done. You are loved by many. I love you mama.... Always and forever!
