Miss him dearly.  Wanted to go visit his grave, but was out of state, and now when I search, it doesn't bring up a record at the cemetery.  

My deepest heartfelt prayers to Steven’s family.  I can’t imagine what you all are going through.

I’ve known Steven since high school.  He was a really sweet young man. Always easy to be with and talk to. I remember him getting hurt wrestling. I think I brought over a lasagna I made with my mom.  I still remember watching the video of the meet.

We stayed in touch for a few years after high school. We both did hair in the 80’s. We also went beyond it into other experiences. I moved to Los Angeles in 1987 and shortly thereafter I got to see him when he visited.

In 2009 we connected through social media. It always made my day to read his messages and comments. To be inspired by his path and all he overcame. I will miss his political comments!!!!
He is one of a handful of people whose heart you knew immediately. He was always  a warm and real person, that never changed.

God must have needed him on the other side. It’s the only thing that makes sense....Steven, I will always remember you.
Blessed to have met you when we were younger and honored to see the man you became. 

I pray The Holy Mother holds the hearts of all who grief your missing light.

My fondest memories of Steven are working next to you at Somerset mall. You were usually the first person to greet me at work, and we would spend lots of time chatting about your latest side hustle or latest technique. You went out of your way to reference me for a job and were always kind and supportive to me. Over the years I've seen you accomplish great things, yet you always remained warm and giving to everyone you encountered and you made everyone in your presence feel bigger just by being around you. I consider myself lucky to have shared time with you. My condolences to all of those who love you and know the loss of a world without you. XO❤ Charlee

I am so very saddened to hear of the passing of Steven.,  I’m still in a loss for words. 

He was truly a big part of my life., my heart... he was truly a kind, compassionate , beautiful soul.  The sun lost a bit of its shine and the heavens truly gained an angel. 

I truly loved and adored him.  

I will forever cherish every moment we had and I’ll miss you dearly.

Steven, all of my memories of you revolve around Motor and some are quite funny. Like when you let me into opening night with a newborn baby (wearing ear gear of course!)  And when Laurent Garnier performed a few years later I brought a toddler into the bar because I couldn't get a sitter and absolutely needed to see that French maitre. I moved to Europe shortly thereafter and we connected on  social media. I am sorry we never had a chance to sit down and chat live. RIP.
