We are so sad to hear of Tom's death, but hope he did not suffer and passed away peacefully.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.  We wish we could be there but we are in Florida now.  Richard has many fond memories of times spent with Tom and family and he thinks of you all at this time.

I never had the chance in my adult life to meet my cousin Tom. I believe I met him as a very young child when we lived in Royal Oak in the early 60's but of course do not recall. I'm sure he was a wonderful man as all of the O'Hara's I've been fortunate enough to meet have been. My Mother Florence was the most wonderful woman I ever met so being cut from the same cloth, I'm sure cousin Thomas was as well. God Bless you and Rest In Peace. Irish Blessings to you all...

I grew up with Joyce and remember Tom as her "big brother".  I know how Joyce looked up to him.  My condolences to the family.

As a child going to Uncle Tom and Aunt Jane's house was always special. Especially on Holidays with everyone in the basement.  As an adolescent spending time at the cabin with my cousin's are some of the warm and wonderful memories of growing up.  I especially cherish the time with Uncle Tom as a adult duck hunting at the cabin.  Thank you O'Hara's for sharing yourselves and Uncle Tom with me.  Cousin Mike

Although I did not get to see my cousin Tom a great deal as an adult I remember him when we were all kids in Detroit and it was so much fun to go to Uncle George and Aunt Sis's (Tom's mom and dad) house.  The last time I shared with him and his wife was when our Aunt Katy passed and we all got together at her funeral luncheon.  

Will certainly miss you in spirit Tom.  Hope you are enjoying all of our family and of course you lovely wife.  You are together once again.

Condolences to Tom's surviving family.  I played baseball and football with Tom and wrote about his basketball playing for the EDHS school paper.  His wife, Jane Haggerty, graduated with me.  I went over to Tom's business across from Memorial Stadium to eat one of his famous corn beef sandwiches my brother in law, Bill Koresky, had told me about about ten years ago. Tom's last round of golf was in December of last year. I had the honer of playing with him that day. It's somrthing I will never forget.

My condolences to Tom's children/g'children.  I went to H.S. with Tom, watched him play basketball with my husband, Bob Shell, and knew he and Jane well.  A good athlete, fun guy, and although we drifted apart over the years, I am sorry to hear of his passing.  My husband, Bob Shell, passed in 1998.  Glenda (Heath) Shell.
