Venita Roney passed away on December 20, 2017 at the age of 76. She was the loving wife of Roland Roney for 60 years. The beloved mother of Rolanda Roney, Bernard (June) Roney, Marilynn Roney, Latricia Roney, Bernadette Glover, Rhonda Roney, Sheri (Michael) Patton, Roland Roney Jr., Antwon Roney, Gerald Roney, Gino Roney, Reginald Roney, and Karana Holland. She was the cherished grandmother of 25 and great grandmother of 28.
A celebration of Venita’s life will take place on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11:00am at Edward Swanson and Son Funeral Home, 30351 Dequindre Road in Madison Heights. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 4 to 8pm at the funeral home.
