Annabelle Cloude Campbell

Annabelle Cloude Campbell, 87, of Lynchburg, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
Born on December 27, 1935 in Luray, she was the daughter of the late Clarence W. Cloude and Mary V. Cloude. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 60 years, Allen Lewis “Bud” Campbell; brothers Willard Cloude, Ernest Cloude, Charles Cloude, Lewis Cloude and two sisters, Betty Garbini and Janice Cloude.
She worked for the Amherst County School system as an Administrative Assistant for over 25 years prior to her retirement. She was an active member at Amherst Baptist Church and enjoyed cross-stitching and antiquing. She was a devoted wife and mother and will be missed.
She is survived by her loving and devoted son, Tony Campbell and his wife Vicky; sister Joann Nunez and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at Amherst Baptist Church with the Rev. John Perkins officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
