Cathy Lynne Eagle, 62, of Amherst passed away Friday, April 8, 2022 at Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born in Lynchburg on February 4, 1960 she was a daughter of the late of the late Grover C. Eagle, Sr. and Della M. Eagle. Cathy loved to travel, read and play poker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Grover Eagle, Jr.

She is survived by her two children, Brandy Stewart and her husband Arthur and Christy Meadows and husband David; a brother Michael Eagle; and four grandchildren, Andre Stewart, Alysha Stewart, Brandon Stewart and Lukas Meadows.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
