Curtis Havilah Moore, 93, of Madison Heights, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at Liberty Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of the late Joyce Henderson Moore.

Born September 6, 1928 in Appomattox, he was the son of the late Robert William and Mary Grow Moore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Leah, Jill, and Baynith. Mr. Moore was a retired automotive body & fender mechanic and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Monroe U.M. Church.

Mr. Moore is survived by a son, Daniel C. Moore and wife Pamela; a daughter, Margaret C. Moore; a sister, Doris Crowell; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Spring Hill Cemetery with Pastor David Turner officiating.
