Dennis Wayne Evans

Born March 9, 1967 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Morris Powell Evans and Gladys Mantiply Evans and was also preceded in death by three brothers, John Michael Evans, Glen Dale Evans, and Phillip Wayne Evans. Dennis was a truck driver with Thompson Trucking Co. and attended Lynchburg Seventh Day Adventist Church.

In addition to his wife, Dennis is survived by his daughter, Kailey Evans of Madison Heights; two brothers, M. Wendell Evans of Lynchburg and Calvin “Gene” Evans of Madison Heights; two sisters, Linda Tice of Madison Heights and Debbie Campbell of Schyler and numerous nieces and nephews, who were close to his heart.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Lynchburg Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Mike Hewitt officiating.
