Dennis was a welder for Banker Steel and he was of the Baptist faith. He was also a biker.
In addition to his mother, Dennis is survived by his son Christopher Dennis Turner of Monroe; his former wife and best friend, Kimberly Turner of Monroe; his sister Carolyn Jean Turner Adams and her husband Kenneth of Nelson County; his nephew, Kevin Adams and his great niece, Madison Adams.
A funeral service will be conducted, 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Pastor Marvin Busie officiating. Interment will follow at Meade Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00-3:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at Whitten Monelison Chapel and at other times at the residence of Kimberly Turner or Jean T. Turner.
