Born June 23, 1949 in Tazewell County, VA, he was the son of the late David Mangus and Billie Crouse Martin and was also preceded in death by a brother, Woodrow “Woody” Marshel Mangus and a sister, Gail Haygood. Eddie was a retired carpenter. He was of Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, Eddie is survived by his mother-in-law, Margaret H. Paulette; a sister-in-law, Peggy A. Mangus, and a brother-in-law, Randy Burks.
Eddie’s wishes were to be cremated.
