Joyce welcomed us into her home as part of the family (being related to her nephew Scott’s wife). Even though she suffered, she moved with grace and kindness. On holidays she always had a special treat for my daughter and made her feel so significant . She was a special light shining kindness and warmth every time I saw her.

We are holding space and love for you with this most difficult loss.

During my tenure on the LCA Board, I always looked forward to seeing and visiting with Joyce. Her love for LCA was evident through the professional and responsible way she assumed whatever task she was given. Her contribution to LCA helped make it what it is today.

I am so sorry to hear of Joyce’s passing into glory. She came to work at LCA my senior year. She was a beautiful and gracious lady then and all the way to the end.
I hate that I will have miss the service due to back Surgery I had and have to have done again. But my thoughts and prayers are with your family. May God’s Grace and peace envelope you during your time of grief!
