Born in Atlanta, GA on November 10, 1972 he was a son of Marion Wood and the late Clayton Wood.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his siblings, Mike Wood and Beth Wood Fitzgerald; nephews, Caleb and Josh Wood and Jeffrey and Matthew Fitzgerald; and two nieces, Sarah and Rebekah Fitzgerald.
A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 pm Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Pastor Jim Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Briarwood Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
